Babies & Beyond, Inc. journeys with women and families through the challenges and joys of pregnancy and early childhood by providing life-affirming compassion support, sharing materials and creating community connections.
Video and Picture Release
We try to take pictures and videos of volunteers in action. We use the photographs, interviews and/or video/audio reproductions to assist in community awareness, educational efforts, and related public media relations efforts that may include brochures, posters, website, social and print media. This includes pictures with a camera and/or video recorder.
We always ask verbally before we take picture or record videos, but in the event that we forget or if you are in the background we seek written permission too.
Babies & Beyond is happy to help you fulfill your obilgation to complete your requirement for community service hours. Please contact volunteer@babiesandbeyondwi.org BEFORE you start volunteering to make sure we have all the proper information for documenting and reporting these hours. The Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch with you to discuss further details and procedures.
Please note that only hours worked will be allowed to be verified. Drive-time, time waiting in line, etc. will not be counted.
Volunteer Waiver of Liability
B&B is not responsible for volunteer's personal items that are lost or stolen, or for damage to personal vehicles or parking violations incurred by volunteers while volunteering at B&B. B&B is not personally liable for injuries to volunteers against volunteers while doing work for B&B. I agree to hold B&B harmless for any injuries or illnesses that I or my dependent(s) may suffer in performing volunteer work for B&B. I expressly waive any claim for compensation or liability on the part of B&B for any such injury or medical expense.
